Brazilian Wax Membership Agreement:
​
The following document is to inform you of the terms, conditions, rules, and guidelines of your new Brazilian Wax Membership with The Bee’s Knees Beautique, LLC.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND SAVE THIS TO YOU PHONE OR COMPUTER FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

1. Member Benefits:
a. The Brazilian Wax Membership is designed so its members can enjoy regular Brazilian waxes at a discounted price.
b. The membership includes the following benefits within a 30-day period:
· One Brazilian Wax
· 10% of ANY additional Brazilian Waxes during that month
· 10% off ANY products
· 10% off ANY additional services
2. Membership Dues:
a. There are NO REFUNDS for membership fees.
b. The Brazilian Wax Membership must have a VALID credit or debit card on file to draft monthly auto payments.
c. Memberships MUST be paid with a credit or debit card ONLY.
d. ONLY ONE credit or debit card can be saved for use at a time.
e. The membership has NO startup/initiation fee and NO cancellation fee.
f. You may cancel your membership at any time.

g. You can pause/freeze your membership at ANY time for up to a 6-month period. After 6 months, if the membership is not reactivated, it WILL BE cancelled. While a membership is paused there is a monthly fee of $10.00 to hold your spot until reactivation.
h. The $55.00 membership fee is automatically drafted from your card on file each month on the date of your choice.
i. The date can always be changed later using the Vagaro app.
j. The pay period runs 30 days from when payment has been made (i.e. if payment comes out on March 10, you have one Brazilian wax covered under your membership until April 10).
3. Declined Payment:
a. If your auto payment is declined for the month, the membership is automatically cancelled and there will be an additional $30 fee due.
4. Membership Cancellation and Reinstatement:
a. The membership can be cancelled at any time at no cost to the member.
b. If you wish to reinstate a cancelled membership, DO NOT create a new membership. If a new membership is created, it will be cancelled IMMEDIATELY!
c. To properly reinstate a membership, reach out to Tabitha via text at (302) 981-1214.
5. How to Schedule:
a. Under ‘Services’ in Vagaro there is a section listed ‘BRAZILIAN WAX MEMBERS ONLY OPTIONS!’ This is the section you will use to book your Brazilian wax as a member.
b. If it is your first wax of the month, please schedule ‘Brazilian Wax: Members Only.’
c. If this is your second Brazilian wax in the 30-day membership period, then please schedule ‘2nd Brazilian Wax in ONE MONTH: Members Only.’
d. If it has been more than 8 weeks since your last Brazilian Wax please schedule the following option in addition to your Brazilian Wax, ‘Brazilian Members 8+ Weeks Add On.’ For example, if it has been more than 8 weeks since your last Brazilian wax you would schedule both the ‘Brazilian Wax: Members Only’ AND ‘Brazilian Members 8+ Weeks Add On.’
6. Tardy Appointments, Cancellations, Rescheduling, and/or No-Shows:
a. If tardy to your appointment, a late fee still applies and in some cases the appointment may be cancelled.
b. ANY last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows WILL COUNT as your monthly membership Brazilian wax appointment.
c. If you reschedule after a cancellation or no-show appointment, the rescheduled appointment will be 10% off the regular Brazilian wax price. If the rescheduled appointment is also cancelled or a no-show then 50% or 100% of a FULL PRICE Brazilian Wax will be owed.
d. Please review The Bee’s Knees Beautique, LLC’s policies for more information.
7. Rules and Regulations:
a. If your last Brazilian wax was eight or more weeks ago; an additional $10 will be charged at checkout.
b. Unused waxes DO NOT ROLL OVER! NO EXCEPTIONS!
c. Waxes are ONLY to be used by the member, meaning waxes CANNOT BE SHARED with friends or family members.
d. Any remaining reward points you may have, are still available for use on services OTHER than Brazilian waxes and you are still eligible for your birthday discount on the month of your birthday! PLEASE NOTE: birthday discounts CANNOT be used on the monthly membership fee; however, it can be used on other services and/or products.
e. Any changes to your membership can be made once logged into the Vagaro app. Once under your profile, go to “Memberships & Packages” to view options. If you do not remember your log in information, please DO NOT create a new Vagaro account. Reach out to Tabitha via text at (302) 981-1214 to regain access to your Vagaro account.
8. Membership Abuse and/or Misuse:
a. The Bee’s Knees Beautique, LLC reserves the right to terminate and/or ban any client’s membership who abuses their membership privileges by repeatedly cancelling and reinstating a membership.
b. The Bee’s Knees Beautique, LLC also reserves the right to terminate and/or ban any client’s membership who does not follow the listed terms, conditions, rules, and guidelines on this agreement.
9. Responsibility of Member:
a. It is the member’s responsibility to read and save this document.
b. It is the member’s responsibility to comply to the listed terms, conditions, rules, and guidelines in this agreement.
c. It is the member’s responsibility to reach out to The Bee’s Knees Beautique, LLC if they do not understand the contents of this agreement.
d. The Bee’s Knees Beautique, LLC is NOT responsible for anyone who has signed this form, agreeing to the terms and conditions, but has not thoroughly read the agreement.
e. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure a VALID credit or debit card is on file that will not decline for the drafted monthly fee.
f. It is the member’s responsibility to be familiar with The Bee’s Knees Beautique, LLC's policies.
10. Important Information:
a. Gratuity (tips) are NOT included in the Brazilian Wax Membership. If you wish to tip your service provider you can do so via Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
