Policies

COVID-19

NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS ARE ALLOWED INCLUDING CHILDREN. You will be asked to leave and reschedule if there is anyone else with you.  MASKS are MANDATORY for clients and employees.

Upon arrival the salon door will be locked for safety and sanitation reasons, so please check in and wait in your vehicle. Please use the Vagaro app to check in or text Tabitha at (302) 981-1214, this will alert me, and I will notify you once I am ready to start your appointment.

If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.

Late Appointment

Any appointment more than 5 minutes late WILL BE CANCELLED and charged 50% of service(s). Clients must be in the treatment room by the 6th minute to avoid any charges. IF you are more than 5 minutes late and can still be seen a late fee of $15.00 will be added to your overall total.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be sure to give us a minimum of a 24-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation/rescheduling fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s). 

No Show

Any appointments that are ‘no show’ will be subject to 100% of all the scheduled service(s). A 'no show' is when the client does not arrive or call within 5 minutes of the appointment. After 5 minutes with no updates, it is assumed the client has 'no showed' and will be charged. 

Things to Consider

  • If a client arrives with a guest they will be asked to leave and are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s).

  • If a client's hair is too short to wax (usually less than 3 weeks of growth) they will be asked to leave and are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s).

  • If a client is on her cycle, but refuses service or cancels/reschedules within 24 hours, the cancellation fee still applies.

  • Any service a client is scheduled for MUST BE cancelled within 24 hours to avoid charges. For example, if a client has scheduled a Brazilian wax and underarm wax, then at the appointment decides she does not want the underarm wax, she will still be charged full price for both services due to no prior notice.

  • If the credit card on file cannot be charged, an invoice will be emailed to the client and online scheduling capabilities will be terminated until the amount owed is paid.

***Please understand while  some of these policies may seem harsh, this is how we make a living. Cancellations, 'no shows,' and clients not reading instructions ALL cost the company and its employees money. We thank you for understanding and your continued support!
